TOUCHSTONE UT-511 - Polyurea Spray Elastomer
1. Description
Touchstone UT-511 is a 100% solids, two-component, VOC-free polyurea elastomer that exhibits outstanding performance in a wide range of demanding industrial applications. This elastomer features extremely fast set times and excellent adhesion to several different substrates. UT-511 is catalyst-free and can be applied in temperatures ranging from -35°C to 121°C. This 100% polyurea elastomer exhibits excellent chemical resistance, is waterproof, and stable in high and low temperatures.
It is a fast-curing, spray-applied, two-component, 100% solids elastomeric coating. When the two components are spray-applied using high-pressure, high-temperature spray equipment, it forms a durable, seamless, elastic waterproof membrane and protective layer that can withstand the expansion and contraction of concrete. UT-511 cures quickly and can be spray-formed on curved, inclined, and vertical surfaces without sagging, achieving walkable strength within 30 minutes.
